Usually I just laugh at the stupidity of some collectors. However, this one deserves mention.
Currently this $50 ivory chip is bidding $862
The interesting part of this is that I was just reminded that, several years ago I sold this particular chip (that buyer resold it).
When I sold it, there was no "The Delta Virginia City" etched on the rim. The chip on ebay is a fraud. Someone etched words on the rim and now collectors think they have one of the sought after Commemorative chips
Whoever the bidders are on this chip, you are bidding on a worthless fake. Wake up bidders
I just got an email from another collector thinking about bidder. I compliment him. He had the brains to question it.
