The lights are off as it is closed, this had to be just prior to the sale to Harvey's. There are 2 signs that say Thrifty Gambler on the building, the other one is on the corner at the Cal/Nev state line, you will notice a little oval above the Thrifty Gambler sign, the oval contains the "Harrah's" swing logo. There is another postcard out there somewhere with the entire facade lit up, have not seen it in over 3 decades.
