Jason asking me for larger image and his mentioned of street something to read give me a clue to look at the photo closely - see the "masts" ring "dumb" bells in my head of seaport or sea resort area - I went to my database on casinos by countries collection for the last 20 years - specifically to UK folder look for seaside casinos.

This casino is not listed yet in the guide, will have to bother somebody to send this.
