Posner has not been at the Excelsior in many years, to my knowledge. Actually, I thought he was at the Grand Holiday, before it was the Excelsior, but I have read conflicting things. I do not know who runs the Excelsior now, or for how long they have been managing the casino. The Radisson Casino, however, is now run by Century Casinos, Inc. and has been for a few years. I do not have my computer or I could give you better info on how long.
