Can Someone on this board let me know if there is such thing as a 90day redemption notice as required by law in State of Nevada that applies to chips (when they change house design and ects). Because Planet Hollywood took out their Silver Strike Machine maybe 4 years ago. A buddy of mine that lives in Las Vegas when to Planet Hollywood to redeem the (Clad Strikes) at the Casino Cage...they say he couldn't. I think someone was misinformed (The Person in the cage). The Strike is House Property and should always be redeemable at that casino unless there is a change of Ownership...I do believe that didn't happen. Please...... information.
