Yesterday 3 of my Grandkids came over for a day of fun at Pop-pop's house - crabbing, swimming and clamming. Unfortunately I slipped an fell an pulled the hamstring muscle in my left leg and couldn't join in the fun, but the Grandkids had a great time. Lots of pain and very little mobility. Been in bed all day long - can only lay down = can't bend leg to sit down, etc. Will be getting checked out probably on Monday if things do not improve. I was supposed to be in A C Monday and Tuesday - but I don't think that is going to happen. I had tickets to see Donny and Marie at Caesars on Tuesday night but it looks like I'll be a no show !!!!!
