Yes, Binions and 4 Queens small inlay chips came out about the same time. At Binions, I was able to talk to a sympathetic dealer and pit boss at a table -- boss allowed the dealer to sell me just five $1 chips, "no picking." There was a small-inlay chip among them (dealer gave me sort of a wink as if he did a quick pick for me). You will only be able to pull this rabbit out of the hat one time (at least until a new pit boss and dealer come on duty).
