I am working on a book about Harvey's and other historic Stateline casinos on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. You can see some of my research and photos on my Facebook timeline, following the history of Harvey's Wagon Wheel Saloon from the 1940s to the present:

Below I have listed some of the historic casinos in Stateline, by address and date, along U.S. Highway 50. (The names and dates are based on actual newspaper reports of the openings and closings.)
I would be interested in any information or historic photos people have of these; I am especially looking for photos of Harrah's Thrifty Gambler (1968-1969, formerly Harrah's Club, later part of Harvey's Resort Hotel and Casino), and the fabled Harrah's Sports Casino (formerly the Tahoe Colonial Club/Tahoe Palace Club/Tahoe Plaza/Harrah's Recreation Center, later became Bill's Casino, and is now a Dotty's Casino; I have seen only one reference to this by Al Moe, and cannot find anyone else who remembers Harrah's Sports Casino, or any photos or documentation that it existed).
