Hi. Gonna have a little contest... We need YOUR HELP to come up with a term to describe casinos that are not really casinos. In Nevada these establishments have a Restricted License that allows an establishment to have up to 15 slot machines, the location could be a restaurant, bar, convenience store, gas station or whatever, but gambling is a secondary activity.

If you come up with name for this type of casinos the new term would become a casino type, as opposed to Land Based.
