Value, according to TCR (a guide) is $700 without the break! Value for damaged chips (rule of thumb, mind you) is 10 - 20 percent of undamaged value and like condition. (The condition of your chip appears to be New or Slightly Used.)

It's value at this point is that several collectors specialize in Downtown Las Vegas and having a broken example in their collection can be viewed as being better than no example.
