Hello everyone: where are all the computer geeks when you need them. This windows 8.1 software on my new computer leaves a lot to be desired. Can anyone suggest a good free photo program that is compatible with windows 8.1 I luv picture it 99 program, I install it with the disc, says install successful, but when I click on icon to use it, it states access denied. says picture it needs 30mb of space on your disk drive. tells me to close other programs, delete files and or empty the recycle bin. This is a new computer and none of this makes any sense. Please make some suggestions. Thanks a lot and appreciated, Ron Bayne
