Need a little help. Have been using old PC for years. Windows 7. Quite user friendly. Old computer crashed, DEAD, bought new computer, which has windows 8.1 . Very miserable to use. Not user friendly. I have been using Microsoft , picture it 99 for years. Just a very easy program to use. Now I tried to install it with the CD in new computer, it installs, but when you try to use the program, says denied. Not enough space. There is plenty room. Just got the computer, 12gb , 7200 hard drive speed. Any suggestions . Any help would be appreciated, Ron Bayne
