1. Many TR King chips are not the same color throughout.

2. Polishing or oiling only brightens the chip surfaces (often done by the manufacturer just before delivery) - wear then causes the effect shown.

3. Dampness will also cause the same thing.

What you've shown is extremely common in most TRK chips.
