I think it is a promotional chip to advance the Celebrity event, and promote it being on BRAVO -- a specialty entertainment cable channel that caters to coverage of Hollywood actors and television stars. The other chip entries are listed under "Odds and Ends." I plan to submit this example if more information can be obtained about how it was used by the Palms Resort.
