The regular envelope should be $.70. I can't figure out where the $.98 came from. If it is a large envelope (because it is over 1/4" thick) it should be $1.12. If it is a regular envelop but too rigid than it should be $.91. Don't see $.98 anywhere. Of course that does not surprise me at all.
