there was an election & another candidate (Jay Sands) was voted in because the other candidate (Jay Sands) received more votes than Sheldon did. That's how the election process works.

With regards to your position with the Southern Nevada club, there is a hierarchy...a chain of command. If asked to NOT do something by a person or persons having higher authority / position, why would you not follow that request, especially if you were asked to cease on a number of occasions?
