First Game On chip I ever saw was the $1 Flag of Artichoke Joe's in San Bruno, CA. I bought some on 1/10/14 at the casino. (Yeah, I keep records of such things.) They were already circulating at the tables, so they may have come out in December 2013 or even a few months earlier. It was a chore tracking down that "40" manufacturer mark on the Internet but eventually I found the Game-On website!
