There is one clerk that charges me 98 cents for a small envelope with a chip in a coffee cup holder. Any other clerk at any other PO charges me 70 cents. So last week I get the 98 cents clerk and I hand her three envelopes. She says 98 cents and I say can I have them back please. She asks why and I tell her.

Today when I see her she says I have to apologize. I checked with one of the other clerks and you are right. It should only be 70 cents. So I gave her an envelope to mail.

I have a feeling that envelope is arriving at it's destination Postage Due. Let's see if I am right.
