It's so wonderfully refreshing to see somebody want to keep table games run by a human being, not replaced with a machine. I wish more of the casino would follow the Gaughan game plan. Take a historic building, clean it up, keep the staff in place, make subtle improvements, but keep the integrity of the building and its history in tact.
