I haven't seen it before, even with correct edge spots. TCR only list it as a "Y" value in a damaged state. James lists the non-error as an R10. I could even be a color error as yellow chips are usually $1,000's (but Riviera did some strange color chips anyway).

I would say the edge spot color error will add to the value but you'll probably have to find a baccarat collector who already has it with correct colored edge spots. If you want to dispose of it, I'd definitely suggest an auction. Could bring $1000+.
