This is pretty interesting Dave. I've never seen that particular matchbook. The 4020 chips were used at 4020 Ogden, but I've only seen it referred to as The 4020 Club. This was supposedly William Johnson's first Chicago casino. He eventually had nearly 20. Looks like the 49 Camp would predate the IDd chips. Very cool!
