I was there in February, just having returned from Havana. The casino is advertised as the Playboy Casino. It is a nightclub/casino. As far as casinos go, it was a rip-off tourist casino, a real gambler would never play there. I was there for the chips. All the chips in play were Palmas logo'ed. My guess is that the Playboy Casino was operated by the Palmas group. It felt skeezy being in there and my stay was short. I will add an Alias on the ChipGuide to point Palmas chips to the Playboy Casino.
