This is what I know - I bought the chip for $1000 a few days before the connection. Byron agreed to my offer and excepted the offer. He invoiced me via PayPal and I paid him right away. He said he would send me tracking number when shipped. This was at 3:00-4:00am. We both have several emails back and forth confirming the completed transaction. I go to bed feeling good thinking I made a fantastic deal. I wake and get on the computer and see a refund for $1,000. Of course I was disappointed but understand how these things work. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. I of course emailed him to why the refund and he said he changed his mind due to many offers after he made the deal with me discovering the chips be worth so much more. He was nice about it but reneged on our deal nevertheless. He told me that he had a friend who owned a baseball card shop was going to help him sell it. So that's the story. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. I figured I'd share with the chipboard what I knew about the situation because I was right there front and center in the deal.
Happy Chipping - Mitch
