That is why I sold my collection

My collection was starting to deteriorate. I pulled all the bad dice. I put the rest of the dice in seal-able bags. I started selling on ebay, then a collector bought them all from me is one purchase. I love dice and I was careful with storage, they still started going bad.

I am wondering when looking at your photo if a satin polyurethane spray would work to preserve dice? I dont know for sure.

Here's a funny story - a few years back one of the casino shift managers where I work made an ashtray out of used casino dice. It caught fire and melted the first time he used it. He knew I collected casino items - and he started his story.... Never build an ashtray with dice....
