At the convention I made an offer to Albert Scalzo and he very generously accepted to be the next ChipGuide Webmaster. Albert will assume running the day to day operations of the ChipGuide. I will be working with Al to show him the ropes and I will still be responsible for programming.
Why the change? I am also the Vice-Chairman of the Museum of Gaming History and things are happening there with the exhibits we are doing at the El Cortez and Mob Museum and there will be more to come. I am spending a lot of time working on these projects. Albert has stepped up and shows a real compassion for the ChipGuide and has all the skills needed to manage and improve the ChipGuide.
I wish Albert all the best in his new role, I know that he will do a great job and bring a fresh prospective to the ChipGuide to keep it healthy and growing in the right direction. Thanks Albert.
