William Berchtold aka "Silly Billy from Philly" passed away peacefully yesterday at 3:10 pm after a long illness.
Billy was a member of the CCGTCC and also the A C Chip Club. Billy was an avid collector of Playboy chips and tokens. Thru his extensive research, Billy discovered many interesting varieties of Playboy chips and tokens that had been previously unknown.
I always like Billy's enthusiasm and fun loving attitude. He was a very caring guy and always willing to share his knowledge with other collectors.
I talked to his wife Linda today and she said services for Billy would be taken care of by the Marvil Funeral Home in Darby, PA.

I will not be able to attend the services as I will be in Missouri on my trip to the Convention. I hope local East Coast chippers will be able to attend the services and pay their respects to Billy and his family.
