which was to visit the post office near you. I would think that a post office in that same area would have had a little more interest & "pull" versus a post office in California. I've actually had the same thing happen to a package that I sent to New York a couple of months ago -- never left the sorting facility & the post office could care less that it never arrived.

Sorry this didn't turn out well for either of you. I have dealt with Glenn in the past & have never had any problems.
