Just a heads up on this seller to anyone who cares.

We won 2 auctions about 2.5 weeks apart from each other. We paid for the 1st one right away (the 2nd was just listed when we paid for the 1st one) and the item was "shipped". The delivery confirmation number showed the chip arriving at a "sort facility" in Vegas.....and then nothing. I waited a week, but nothing, no re-scan, no delivery. So we contacted this seller and he said "to bad, I cannot control the post office"! He did not help in any way, NEVER took responsibility. In fact, he said that it was our problem, because he mailed it and that was the end of his responsibility. Well of course ebay did not see it that way, its not how it works. We of course did not pay for the 2nd auction, we informed him that we would not possibly send him MORE money when we had to wait for ebay to refund the money because he would not. HE has a lot of feedback and seems like a decent enough seller, unless there is a problem. Take it for what you will...

PS I did notice that IMMEDIATLY after ebay refunded our money, the "missing" chip was relisted. Funny how that works....
