I was wondering was that the issue Lady Luck chips that were found in the big dig awhile back?

Other than the obvious, how can one tell if it was once in concrete? How many were reported to have been found and how does that affect the price?

With so many of these showing up now, one has to wonder if higher quantities are being released from the Dig..
