I think for most members, who is elected to the Board is not important. As long as they get their magazine, not much else matters. Why go through the effort if you don't know the candidates or really care who gets elected?

I think it is healthy to have multiple people run and get a debate going, but I wouldn't expect the general membership to care all that much.
