"not my problem your package didnt get to you"

When you ship a package, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure they arrive. Did you insure package? Did you get a tracking number? It's not up to the buyer (recipient) to make sure you deliver. If package is lost, send his traders back to him, or pay the bill.

That's one thing you learn when starting out, it's your duty to deliver. Or fess up.
