I have a very good friend of the family who owns/operated a small bar in a very small town in Italy. He is a big fan of Las Vegas, though he's never been to America. I'll be visiting him in August and would like to give him 3-4 ashtrays from well known Las Vegas casinos -- ones even an Italian would recognize. I think he'd love them! I've seen some pretty cheap reproductions and mass-produced ashtrays whose paint and appliqués easily chip and peel away. I'd like to get him an assortment of shapes, but all made with solid clear glass. I'm not looking to spend much, maybe $3-$5 each. If anyone has some of these more common Las Vegas ashtrays that fit the bill, or know someone who has, and is willing to sell them, please send me an e-mail along with scans/photos of the ashtrays.
