if asked and I also agree that many people doing smaller tasks could get the job done quicker; however, if I was in Charles' position, I would NEVER grant administrative access to a bunch of people. I have & have had people that work for me and I understand how beneficial it is to have QUALIFIED help. Unfortunately, I have also been in the situation where I have granted access to project management & estimating databases & have had people delete, destroy & otherwise render these databases useless, costing countless hours & dollars. I'm sure that every new person that becomes an administrator for The Chip Guide has to be trained & has questions that require additional time & effort. I have learned that sometimes it is better to NOT delegate work, because it takes more time to train someone and then to confirm that it has been done correctly than it would take to just do it yourself. And Charles DOES have a myriad of volunteers -- everyone of those that has taken the time to submit their items to The Chip Guide is a volunteer.
