items shown on TheChipGuide & that it is not as simple as just hitting some magical button to "fix" the situation. Instead of Charles just saying "It is what it is...deal with it", he has both given the suggestion consideration AND offered a solution. The fact that it is not remedied instantly is something that everyone is going to have to live with -- they are all VOLUNTEERS. The fact that people don't understand this & don't take this into consideration simply baffles me.
