John; Lest we forget ... CC & GTCC is a hobby club of VOLUNTEERS. Start paying people is the beginning of a downhill slippery slope. True, there are non-profits who do pay for ED positions, such as ANA... CC & GTCC does not have the financial resources with our relatively small membership to go a paid ED route in my opinion.
