The Club's Business Meeting 2014

I've attended the last few “Club” business meetings at the convention and each time I have left disappointed. According to our minutes, last year there were 37 members in attendance for the club's business meeting. That is a pretty disappointing number right off the bat. Why don't more members attend the business meeting? Seems like it would be one of the most important meetings we do.

If you review the minutes from last years business meeting it may give you a clue why more people don’t show up. There was really nothing put forth for members to engage in. There was No “Old Business” to discuss and the “New Business” was basically a couple of suggestions and a couple of complaints.
I hope that the BOD has an agenda for the upcoming meeting that encompasses relevant issues and is proactive in nature.
