I do not know of any numismatic club; gambling chip club... or related token club in Europe featuring any such pieces at any exposition, website or catalogs... though I did bring the material to the ANA Convention one year to inform some club members as to what all is out there and not being broardcast.

Regarding Nevada advertising chips; there are lots of BJ chips out there that are not listed at ChipGuide...
