and "ChipGuide" is based on "chips". Accordingly, I believe that all chips can go into ChipGuide.

However, having said that, I also believe that ChipGuide (with some programming, which may be difficult) can have areas set aside for such recording non-casino related chips without listing the establishment as if it were a casino.

Again, just my opinion.

As a suggestion, seeing how ChipGuide is a Project of the MoGH, it might be more appropriate to have this discussion on the Message Board.
