This chip is not listed anywhere but is from Players Poker Club in Ventura CA. Previously, only a lavender smcrn $5 chips was known and according to Armin, only 2 or 3 of those exist! I recently came across 17 of these but have sold quite a few. As far as I know, they are the only 17.
