SNCCC-05/13/2014-A SPECIAL DOUG SAITO EVENT!

The SNCCC is pleased to announce a collaborative event with Mr. Doug Saito, he of CHIP CHAT fame! Doug has recently traveled extensively in Nevada and has brought some really exciting CHIPS & MEMORABILIA back with him. He is going to be at our May meeting and the items from his travels will be up for auction; town, by town, casino by casino. An event you surely do not want to miss! SEE THE PICTURES!!

NOW MEETING AT THE EL CORTEZ CASINO!!!!

On behalf of the members and officers of the SOUTHERN NEVADA CASINO COLLECTABLES CLUB you are cordially invited to attend our monthly meetings!

The next meeting is Tuesday May13, at 7PM! The trading and/or selling of casino memorabilia can commence as early as 6PM and will resume following the meeting. You are invited for the meeting and/or the trading sessions. We meet at the El Cortez Casino in downtown Las Vegas! The address is 600 E. Fremont St. in THE FOUNDER’S ROOM!

Valet parking is available and the parking garage for the El Cortez is directly behind the casino with a security guard at the entrance!

(A SMALL SIDEBAR; A FEW FOLKS HAVE INDICATED THE EL CORTEZ IS HARD TO FIND. IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE NEAR OR CAN GET TO MARYLAND PARKWAY AND TAKE IT NORTH OF ALMOST ANYTHING YOU CAN HANG A LEFT TURN ONTO FREMONT ST. AND THE EL CORTEZ WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT, TURN RIGHT AT 6TH STREET FOR VALET, GO AROUND THE BLOCK FOR GARAGE (SECURITY) PARKING! FROM CHARLESTON BLVD ITS NORTH ONTO MARYLAND PARKWAY AS IT IS FROM ALMOST ALL YOUR EAST -WEST STREETS SOUTH OF CHARLESTON!)

We are having an auction as well and you can see the list of items and the scans in this message! You are welcome to email me if you cannot make it in person with your highest bid and your CCGTCC or local membership number and which lot you want to bid on! Payment for winning bids are due at the end of the auction, if you are an absentee winner I will send you an invoice! We are currently NOT looking for items for our June auction, BUT you can email me and/or bring items with you for future auctions! Any form of casino memorabilia is welcome! The club takes a 20% seller’s fee!

SPEAKER FOR MAY IS MR. DOUG SAITO; WHO WILL BE OFFERING CHIPS AND MEMORABILIA IN AN AUCTION FROM HIS RECENT TRAVELS IN NEVADA!

We also run a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite a lot of fun!

If you are not yet a member or your membership has lapsed we invite you to join the SNCCC! A year’s membership is only $12.00 payable at the door! You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we are all about!

The meetings are pretty short; lots of fun BEFORE, DURING and AFTER!
