The chips displayed are from a USPC salesman's sample book. They are what we refer to as the USPC records. They reside at USPC. Howdy Herz was allowed in the museum to take pictures for his book.

Of course drilled chips (which those are) are not as desireable as undrilled chips. However I would probably pay as much for the drilled chips since I need them
