In TCR 15TH Edition under the Inlay Description column I have come across 'condition rarity'. For instance, The Paddlewheel Las Vegas $1 Chip #N1994. This chip has two of the same number with the 'condition rarity' description valued at about ten times more than this same chip in average condition.
