Beware Paypal!! they will help scammers in ripping you off. Got Paypal payment from women who on the payment notice sent to me from Paypal requested that the shipment be sent to her dad in Blaine Wa. Item was sent & delivered. Paypal put a hold on my money asked me for shipping info. 11 days later refunded money to buyer. I called Paypal and they agreed customer requested the item to be shipped to Wa and item was delivered. But They aided the scammer anyway saying i did not ship to the adress listed by Paypal even though they agreed customer requested adress change. Unbeliveable. Beware. Ray
