Both MS and Adobe say "it affects some users"
I couldn't quite figure out how it could only affect some.
I've found other sites I regular use which won't now operate in IE11 though (some won't even open) but between Firefox, Chrome & Safari they work 
Have you figured out how to 'right-click' on the ipad yet?
