Archie, I was on a business trip for GM, to NYC in 1978. I read about AC opening casinos, and took the train to Philly then a bus to AC. It was the week Resorts International opened. I was not a collector, but played BJ and a couple other games, at 2 different casinos on the board walk. I remember that most BJ tables were 25.00 which was above my LV experience, and no horse race or sport betting. Picked up a few chips just for the fun of it, sold them when I became a collector 12-15 yers ago. If I only knew then, like many people feel who are collectors now. I do have over 200 coin cups (plastic), ofcourse no AC. I have stored these cups in garage, someday will sell, hard to ship is the problem. I'm a pack rat wife hates that trait.
