I just sent my first chip to someone outside the US. Great experience. The chip is on it's way to Latvia. Thanks to all the advice I got on shipping here on the Chip Board is the only reason I tried it. I used a regular size #10 envelope. I put the chip in a 2 1/2 X 2 1/2 Cardboard holder. I folded 4 plain paper sheets to fit in the envelope and taped the holder in the middle of the folded sheets. Went to the post office and said help. She said no problem, weighed the envelope and said $2.13 please. That was easy. Now the next step is to see how long it takes and what condition the chip is in when it arrives in Latvia. Will let you know. My shipping charge to the buyer is $3.00 instead of my usual of $2.50
Thanks to everyone who helped me hopefully making a chipper happy in Latvia.
