Is this your sardonic way of saying; " it's right there in front of my face" John?? I am dyslexic and have a condition that prevents me from capturing things, like words, when they are surrounded by what's called bedazzlement, seen on bill boards and in advertising. I constantly struggle with reading and writing, although I love both, and have made a career having to write. I don't know what you are suffering from, but I would say, at a glance, self esteem comes to mind, when using insider, cronyism, cheap shots like that, in order to feel a head above the rest.
