That looks like custom paint to me..as far as I know as a Fiero lover the color options for all years was White,Red.Black.Burgundy and Yellow in the 88Formula cars (Rarest of the breed somewhere only 600 or so produced).
I have owned two-an 88 GT bought new and a used 85 GT..88 considered the best year and sadly the last of production.Lotus suspension..Lot of Fiero fans out there and message boards etc.Only American made rear-engine sports car..at the time as far as I know.
