As I pointed out, it also happens to be the street and delivery address for the 86 Club chips.
Possibly the address had 3 different names over time. I don't mind adding a 3rd, but would not want to replace an existing entry.
Those original TGT notes indicated the building had 2 entrances and the other one was round the corner, being #86 on whatever street that was.
