Why no $ sign?
If you reply that it is not a cash plaque then why doesn't it say 'non-negotiable'?
No serial number either. And unfinished edge.
I do not believe it was issued. I reckon it is a sample.
I have had the Quent's piece also and it is a sample, supplied by John Huxley.
